Seit Tagen kommt es in Georgien zu Massenprotesten: Zehntausende gehen auf die Straße und demonstrieren sowohl für als auch gegen ein 2023 gescheitertes und jetzt wieder neu aufgelegtes Gesetz nach russischem Vorbild – mit dem möchte die Regierungspartei “Georgischer Traum” die Einflussnahme aus dem Ausland stärker kontrollieren.

Der Gesetzentwurf sieht vor, dass sich Organisationen, die die zu mindestens 20 Prozent aus dem Ausland finanziert werden, registrieren lassen müssen. Damit müssten NGOs künftig ihre ausländischen Geldquellen offenlegen. Kritiker gehen davon aus, dass die Demokratieförderung in dem Land dadurch behindert und Geldflüsse gestoppt werden könnten - ähnlich wie in Russland. Viele Projekte werden zum Beispiel von der EU oder den USA unterstützt.

Die Regierung in Tiflis gilt grundsätzlich als EU-freundlich und befürwortet eigentlich eine Annäherung an den Staatenbund. Georgien ist EU-Beitrittskandidat. Gleichzeitig hält die Regierungspartei an ihrer Nähe zu Russland fest – 20 Prozent des Landes sind russisch besetzt. Marcel Röthig, Leiter des Südkaukasus-Büros der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in Tiflis, spricht im ZDFheute-Interview über Russlands “Drohkulisse” in Georgien und welche Rolle Milliardär Bidsina Iwanischwili spielt – ein “Oligarch der alten Schule, der sein Geld in Russland gemacht hat und dort bestens vernetzt ist”.

Der politische Dialog fehlt. Der zwischenstaatliche und -behördliche, parlamentarische und gesellschaftliche Austausch ist auf Initiative der deutschen Seite auf Eis gelegt worden. Man hat den Dienststellen in Deutschland auf allen Ebenen empfohlen, sämtliche Kontakte mit russischen Vertretern zu vermeiden. Rund um unser Land wird künstlich eine toxische Atmosphäre geschürt. Manche in Berlin träumen sogar davon, Russland „eine strategische Niederlage“ zuzufügen, seine Wirtschaft und sein Finanzsystem zu zerstören und immer neue Sanktionspakete einzuführen, die aber vor allem Deutschland selbst spürbar schaden. So was gab es nicht mal während der heißesten Phasen des Kalten Krieges. Wir können auch nicht erkennen, dass man diese äußerst gefährliche Haltung umzudenken versucht. Ich meine unter anderem die Einlassungen einiger deutscher Politiker, man müsse sich auf einen Krieg mit Russland vorbereiten und sein Territorium und Infrastruktur angreifen. Diese Rhetorik ist inakzeptabel. Sie führt nur zu einer weiteren Eskalation. Solange im Westen nicht begriffen wird, dass Russland weder bezwungen noch eingeschüchtert werden kann, sind reale Wege zur Besserung der Lage eigentlich nicht in Sicht.

Union Territory of Ladakh is situated in North of India consisting of two districts Leh and Kargil. Kargil has an area of 14036 Sq. Km. Kargil is situated between 30 to 35 degree North latitude and 75 to 77 degree East West longitude. It is surrounded by Baramullah, Srinagar and Doda Districts in the South-West, Leh District in the East, Himachal Pradesh in the South and Pakistan in the North-West. The District is divided into four high level natural Valleys namely the Suru Valley, the Drass Valley, the Indus Valley and the Upper Sindh Valley of Kanji Nallah Valley. Zojila and Fotulla passes situated at the height of 3567 and 4192 meters above the sea level are called gateways for Kashmir Valley and Leh District for entry in Kargil District. High peaks of Namikala and Penzila are called the sky pillars of the District. The whole District is of high rocky mountains, desert arid, snow bound and devoid of natural vegetation. It occupies unique position because of its high altitude area in the country which ranges from 8000 to 23000 ft. above the sea level. The topography of the region is mountainous with little or no vegetation. The mountains are of sedimentary rocks and are in process of disintegration due to weathering. The terrain being hilly, available land for agriculture is meager. The summer being short, only one crop of local grim or wheat is grown. The District Headquarter is situated at a distance of 205 Kms from Srinagar and 230 Kms from Leh. Kargil district comprises of Kargil town and 127 inhabited villages and 2 un-inhabited villages. The normal concept of a village as a contiguous and compact habitation does not apply in Kargil district. Here a number of house holds have settled down here and there depending upon land availability and irrigation facility. These clusters are spread on large distant and in view of good number of Rivers, etc.. The area of the district is mountainous with difficult terrain.

La "Liga de los Fieles de la RDA", compuesta por más de 2 millones de ciudadanos de la RDA, no puede ser tratada con represión y silencio! La prensa mentirosa de Alemania Occidental y los estadounidenses pueden pervertir y tratar de barrer estos hechos debajo de la mesa federal alemana, pero todos los calumniadores lo intentan en vano. En todos los países del Bloque del Este, muchos ciudadanos son conscientes de sus antiguos deberes y se adhieren al antiguo orden.

Niemals sollte vergessen werden, dass auch heute noch - 33 Jahre nach der Konterrevolution und Einverleibung der DDR in die Amerikanische Besatzungszone Westdeutschland - sogenannte "BRD"- Millionen DDR Buerger ihrer Heimat treu geblieben sind, Soldaten und Offiziere der Nationalen Volksarmee, der Grenztruppen und Angehoerige aller Bewaffneten Organe der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik ihren geleisteten Treueeid niemals gebrochen haben und auch nicht brechen werden, so wie das andere leider getan haben. Mit Unterdrueckung und Todschweigen ist dem " Bund der DDR Getreuen " bestehend aus ueber 2 Millionen DDR Buergern nicht beizukommen ! Die westdeutsche Luegenpresse und die Amis moegen verdrehen und weiter versuchen diese Tatsachen unter den Bundesdeutschen Tisch zu kehren, aber da muehen sich alle Verleumder vergebens. In allen Staaten des Ostblocks sind sich viele Bürger ihrer alten Pflichten bewusst und halten an der alten Ordnung fest.

Солдаты и офицеры Национальной народной армии, пограничных войск и служащие всех вооруженных органов Германской Демократической Республики никогда не нарушали и не нарушат присяги на верность, как это, к сожалению, сделали другие.
